Marks of Ministry

In this message from Acts 14, Pastor Kit invites us to look for the marks of God at work in the life of the church. As Paul and Barnabas complete their first missionary journey, Luke shows us clear evidence of how God builds and sustains His people.

The sermon highlights the importance of faithful leadership, as elders are appointed through prayer and fasting, reminding us that God values character over talent. It also emphasizes discipleship, showing that healthy churches invest in people and prepare the next generation to lead and serve.

Pastor Kit points us to the grace of God as the true source of fruitfulness. Paul and Barnabas testify not to their own success, but to what God has done through them — opening doors of faith and accomplishing what seemed impossible. The message closes by reminding us that a thriving church not only serves together, but enjoys life together, celebrating God’s work in their midst.
