A Fight Worth Fighting #1

In this message from Acts 15, Pastor Kit reminds us that while not every disagreement is worth engaging, the clarity of the gospel is always worth defending. As false teaching begins to spread in the early church, Paul and Barnabas refuse to compromise when faith in Jesus is no longer seen as enough.

The sermon explains that adding requirements to salvation distorts the gospel and places unnecessary burdens on believers. Salvation has always been by grace through faith, not by religious performance or outward rituals. Any attempt to add to what Christ has done weakens the freedom the gospel offers.

The message closes by calling believers to trust Jesus fully, live in the freedom of grace, and guard the truth of the gospel with both conviction and humility.
