Power of the Spirit in Philippi #2B

In this message from Acts 16, Pastor Kit reminds us that the spiritual battle around us is real — but so are the weapons God has already placed in our hands. Through the story of the slave girl in Philippi, he shows how the enemy blinds, deceives, and enslaves, yet how the authority of Jesus sets people free.

The sermon emphasizes that spiritual warfare isn’t always dramatic or sensational. Often it’s subtle: distraction, division, sin we tolerate, truth we ignore, or opportunities we miss. But believers aren’t powerless — we’re equipped in Christ with His righteousness, His Word, and prayer that actually pushes back darkness.

We’re encouraged to see people with compassion, to remember the mission, and to step into moments where God calls us to stand. And instead of fearing the enemy, the message calls us to root ourselves in Jesus — our true armor — and live faithfully, prayerfully, and lovingly in a world that desperately needs His light.
